Payment:
All invoices to be paid in full prior to collection of vehicle/parts unless agreed otherwise prior, payment by:
- Cash on Collection – to be agreed prior to work commencing.
- BACS Payment – Details will be on Invoice – A discount of 2.5% can be applied to invoices paid by BACS – please see bottom of invoice.
- Credit / Debit Card – To be completed on/prior to collection of vehicle/parts only.
- Online payment via invoicing system.
Please Note: We do not accept payment by Cheque.
Warranty etc:
OEM / Aftermarket parts used for normal road use are covered by manufacturer warranty period. There is no warranty on performance parts (unless otherwise stated) or standard parts used in a performance manner (unless otherwise stated). All custom work (fabrication, machining etc) is undertaken entirely at the owners risk.
Collection:
Upon collection of vehicle and payment of invoice, the customer is acknowledging that the work carried out is as agreed upon either verbally or by quotation. The customer is also acknowledging that the work carried out has been completed to their satisfaction. Any defects found by Station MotorSport Ltd and not repaired will be noted on the invoice and/or verbally communicated to the customer. If after collection anything is deemed not to the customers satisfaction, they have a period of 30 days to inform Station MotorSport Ltd of this, Station MotorSport Ltd will only carry out remedial work upon inspection of the vehicle and agreement that remedial work is required, after this period it is entirely at the discretion of Station MotorSport Ltd as to whether remedial work will be undertaken.
