We collect personal information through our online contact form, in person when you undertake our services and via email when you contact us.
This information is collected to enable us to reply to your enquiries, carry out work and provide invoicing when work is completed.
Who we share your data with
Your information is shared with two service providers – our email system, provided by Ionos and our online invoicing platform, provided by Xero. Both of these companies are ISO 27001 compliant.
How long we retain your data
We only retain your data for as long as it is useful to assist us with providing you a service (usually 24months from the last interaction). After this time your data will be deleted.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
